DINNER MENU Chef Tom Schmidt's inspired wine country cuisine changes seasonally to take advantage of the abundance of locally grown fresh foods. Tom works personally with more than 30 Sonoma County farmers and food producers to secure the best and freshest ingredients for his menus, and he also oversees the restaurant's own on-site fruit, vegetable, and herb gardens. THE FRONT ROOM BAR & LOUNGE Our spectacular Front Room Bar and Lounge was designed by renowned restaurant designer Pat Kuleto, long-time friend of Vintners Inn owners Don and Rhonda Carano of Ferrari-Carano Vineyards and Winery. In this popular gathering place, situated inside the John Ash & Co. restaurant building, locals and guests of the inn unwind together.
