LODGING
Dawn Ranch Lodge has 53 cottages and cabins available for rent, ranging from festive, Poolside cottages to Redwood Cabins beneath our towering trees. Charming Chalets have a small sitting room, seperated by french doors, with gas stoves overlooking the meadow. The newly updated cabins have premium beds, fluffy comforters, and simple country styling. In the spirit of getting away from it all, there are no televisions or telephones in the rooms. A visit to Dawn Ranch Lodge is like taking a step back in time. Please keep in mind that our quaint cabins and cottages are over 100 years old, and like most old buildings, things don't quite fit the way they used to...

PET FRIENDLY - There are a limited number of dog-friendly cabins available, featuring doggie-beds, water bowls and treats.

AREA ATTRACTIONS

Wine Tasting - Over fifty wineries located within minutes of Dawn Ranch, and the world-famous wine-growing region of Napa Valley is just 30 minutes away.

Russian River - Spend an afternoon swimming or boating on the Russian River. Boat, kayak and canoe rentals are available locally. The Russian River is also home to some of the finest Steelhead fishing in the world.

Armstrong Woods National Park - Take a 1.5 mile cycle or stroll through magical groves of ancient redwoods.

Coastal Towns
  • Visit Bodega Bay (setting for Alfred Hitchcock’s famous movie “The Birds”)
  • Point Reyes National Seashore, produces some of California’s finest organic cheeses
